1st World Rice Congress in Valencia and homage to the Paella Posted: 28 Sep 2011 02:05 AM PDT World Rice Congress in Valencia and homage to the Paella will bring together for four days to 50 top chefs from all around the world who will present, through 43 lectures, the different ways of cooking rice in its different gastronomic cultures. This event free of charge will be offering at affordable prices tasting rice specialties of 20 famous restaurants in the "Tunnel of rice" as well as black pudding with rice in the “Great Party of the Black Pudding with Rice". Also, on Sunday 2 will take place, next to the World Tribute to the Paella, a Contest for the best paella in which hundreds of paella will be cooked by associations, cultural and culinary institutions.
